Mitchell Cohen

Mitchell Cohen is a creative, award-winning television and live event producer with deep experience in production, direct response, e-commerce and digital marketing.

For more than three decades, he has engaged in virtually every aspect of the entertainment business, from personal management to writing, directing and producing hundreds of hours of television and the production of over 2,000 live events, concerts and shows. In addition, he has been the Executive Producer of numerous multi-million-dollar productions, ranging from Super Bowl Halftime Shows to major, multi-city Comic Con Conventions to International Toy Fair shows.

Mitchell is currently the Executive Producer of “The Ameripolitan Country Music Awards,” a television special that was held in February at the Austin City Limits Moody Theater.  As the Executive Producer of the award show, he was responsible for overseeing the complete scripting, staging, talent booking and taping of the complex live musical event that featured over 100 country music stars. He is currently overseeing all aspects of the production and business management of Ameripolitan.

Recently, Mitchell was also the Executive Producer and Creator of five live streaming e-commerce shopping channels on talkshop.live, the leading social-shopping network.  He was responsible for all aspects of production, marketing, product fulfillment and business management of the channels: iToys.live, petshopping.tv, Ultimate Sports Cards, Get Joy Food, and PetMD.

As an executive and entrepreneur, Mitchell recently worked with the UFC as Co-Founder and CEO of Masterpiece Digital, a full- service NFT company that co-owns the copyrights to the largest collection of UFC photography in the world and large catalogs of other iconic images of famous celebrities and athletes, including Kobe Bryant.

Mitchell is also the Founder and CEO of Pet Shopping TV, which is QVC for pets and pet parents, Pet Med Labs, one of the innovative leaders in the pet CBD industry, and the first company to ever broadcast CBD products on mainstream broadcast television in long-form infomercials.  Both shopping platforms have broadcast into over 60 million homes on DirecTV, Dish and Spectrum and U-Verse.

Previous ventures in this space include serving as the exclusive e-commerce partner of the Harrisons, stars of The History Channel’s breakout hit “Pawn Stars,” along with the ground-breaking "Shop Erotic" and "Intimate TV," the first television home shopping shows to provide individuals and couples a place where they could confidentially learn about and purchase adult products to enhance their overall sexual health and wellness. “Shop Erotic” and “Intimate TV” broadcast into more than 65 million homes on The Dish Network, DirecTV and The Oxygen Network.

During his career, Cohen has managed musical artists Brandy, Ray J, Wylie & The Wild West, and Dale Watson as well as comedians Judy Tenuta, Kelly Monteith, Kip Addotta, Peter Gaulke, and Cledus “T.” Judd.  In addition, Mitchell also managed the career of Henry Hill, the inspiration for the seminal mob film “Goodfellas.”  In the music industry, through his independent record company Cross Three Records, Mitchell produced musical artists Merle Haggard, The Mavericks, B.J. Thomas, Kelly Willis, Highway 101, Paulette Carlson, Wylie & The Wild West, Jann Brown, Cledus “T.” Judd, and Jerry Donahue among others.

Mitchell continues to serve as CEO and owner of Triangle Bar Music, a music publishing company that has had extraordinary success in all areas of the recording industry, including the creation of the famous Yahoo! yodel.

 Born and raised in Los Angeles, Mitchell received a Bachelor of Arts from the USC Film School.
